Payment is due to confirm order.
Orders may take up to 7-14 Business Days.
Rush orders may take 5-7 Business Days with an additional fee of $29.
Inspiration picture must be sent with SIZING KIT information for all custom orders.
AÉLANI will not be held liable for wrong sizing due to recommending AÉLANI SIZING KIT to be purchased and used before ordering.
A conformation email will be sent when payment is received. After order is confirmed no changes can be made to order.
Order cancellations are valid within 24 hours of order conformation.
All AÉLANI Press-On products are non-refundable, no exchanges and no returns.
AÉLANI will not be held responsible for the product after it has been shipped from us.

Arrive with clean nails, I do not remove or work over other nail technicians work.
A conformation reminder will be sent the day before appointment. If there is no response within the 24 hours that the reminder was sent, the appointment will be cancelled.
There is a Ten (10) Minute late grace period on the day of appointment. Failure to show after this time will automatically cancel the appointment.
If you have failed Two (2) reschedule attempts in a row, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
Guests allowed to accompany you at your appointment. Maximum One (1), No exceptions.
